IMPORTANT ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE INFORMATION
Guests are advised that Halebarns House does not have a reception that is constantly staffed at all times during either the day or night. Our standard check-in time is between 16:30 and 22:00hrs on day of arrival; with checkout before 10:30hrs on day of departure. We will, of course, endeavour to accommodate both earlier check-ins and later checkouts whenever possible, but this is strictly by prior request and may, under certain circumstances, incur a surcharge. TO PREVENT ANY UNNECESSARY INCONVENIENCE, WE ADVISE ALL GUESTS TO NOTIFY US OF THEIR EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME IN ADVANCE AND TO KEEP US INFORMED OF ANY LIKELY CHANGES. Halebarns House is a gated property. On arrival, please press the bell button on the intercom at the entrance.
Booking terms are governed by English law and apply to all bookings except when other terms have been agreed in writing. You must be over 18 years of age to make a reservation. A reservation is only deemed to be confirmed once we have processed either a deposit or full payment. In the unlikely event that, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot provide your requested accommodation, alternative accommodation or a full refund will be offered.
Room rates quoted are per room, per night and relate to a specified room category, number of guests and the dates shown. Should you wish to change the selected dates, number of nights stay or the guest number, and then rates are subject to change.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
A deposit payment of £40.00 per room, per night, will normally be taken from the credit/debit card supplied at the time of booking; with the balance payable on arrival. Final account payments can be made by credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta) or cash.
